1) Interaction with Business users to collect the requirements for Sales process.
2) Co-ordination with offshore to plan for short spiral model based solutions, so that continuous feedback sessions with users can be planned.
3) Knowledge of Insurance/Agency businesss is a definite added advantage.
4) Salesforce.com Configuration experience minimum of 1 year if other CRM experience is available.
5) If no other CRM experience, at least 2 years of Salesforce.com configuration experience.
6) Data Mapping Experience
