Consultants must have:

 

§  A minimum of three (3) years experience in application design and development with emphasis on Web-based applications.

 

Experience in:

 

·         Crystal Reports;

·         Access;

·         SQL;

·         SSRS;

·         .NET;

·         MS Office

·         Program testing; and,

·         Program documentation.

 

2.         PROJECT SPECIFIC SKILLS DESIRED

 

·                     HIPAA and HITECH knowledge.

 

·                     Knowledge of and experience with case management systems for health and human services programs.
