Job Description:	This is a customer facing role where the candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of client/server web based application architectures in a fast paced development environment. The web based application architectures include web applications, web services, and database operations. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. Candidate should be familiar with Software Engineering methodologies such as Software Development Life Cycle and Agile development. The candidate should be able to perform as a lead in a team environment. Required skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong teamwork, ability to multi-task and a strong commitment to client service. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to support multiple groups. Team Lead experience. Required: Development skills on Coldfusion, Percussion Content Management OR DRUPAL is an opensource CMS tool which may be used as well, JAVA/J2EE Technologies, HTML, CSS, JSP, Wordpress, PHP, Spring Framework, Tiles Framework, Oracle Application Server, Eclipse, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, Oracle, JavaScript, Apache Ant, CVS, SSL certificates. Engineer will have to get familiar with the implementation process and operation process. Experience with installation of COTs products. Desired: WSAD, XML, Web Services, Apache Axis, Web application integration with Web Services, and Web application design.
