 Location : Harrisonburg, VA

Duration: 6+months

Description

 
Capabilities desired
Ø Senior Cisco VoIP Engineer 
Ø Deployment of new technology on customer premise
Ø Support of existing global Cisco Communications Manager, Unity and UCCx infrastructure
Ø Cisco CCIE voice written exam passed preferred
Ø Knowledge transfer and training to WWT customer IT staff
Ø CCIE written or similar enterprise work experience
Ø Capabilities to work in an Enterprise environment with 3,000 IP phones at multiple global locations with multiple clusters
Ø Capabilities to change UCCx scripting and configuration
Ø Deep experience with Cisco Communications Manager and Unity, Cisco LAN, WAN, MPLS, voice gateways, TCP/IP, VLANS, Routing, QoS, and Network monitoring. Stronger voice experience required.
Ø Requires the ability to troubleshoot problems
Ø Knowledge transfer and training to Rosetta Stone IT staff
Ø Strong customer service skills
Ø Abilities to document process and procedures
Ø Strong communications skills

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on Cisco experience. Qualified applicants need to specialize in voice technologies with the capabilities or understanding of other Cisco Advanced Technologies.  Candidates will be working with the customer to support the day to day environment while building out new infrastructure to support growth:
 
Ø Communications Manager 7.x
Ø Unity
Ø QOS
Ø Meeting Place
Ø IPCC Express
 
 
Cisco CCIE and Specialty Certifications are preferred.  Excellent oral and written communication, and customer service skills required.
