Job Description
• Gain strong comprehension of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on SAP Implementation
• Planning and execution of business process control reviews, information systems audits
• Development of ITSM Policy for SAP implementation and also study the overall IT framework to develop the same.
• Identify and define the roles and responsible for key resources who play a vital role in the policy.
• Perform Internal Controls review particularly IT Operational Controls, testing of IT Controls as per best industry standards (SOX).
• Evaluate and test business processes and controls and identify areas of risks. Apply current knowledge of IT trends and systems to identify security and risk management issues, and other opportunities for improvement.
• Lead & perform general computer and application controls for ERPs, SAP and Oracle
• Strong Client interaction in presenting the IT Control observations.
• Strong documentation skills in developing detailed policy documents.
• Candidate need to have knowledge on the ITSM and compliance standard and should have project management skills.
