We have the below requirement for a Sr. Business Analyst. They are looking for someone with experience with data analysis programs (Master Data Management Solutions- MDM if possible). They also want someone with Informatica background and life and annuities experience.

Description: Sr. Business Analyst
The following are highly desirable qualifications for this position:
• Experience with customer data integration (CDI) or master data management (MDM)
• Experience with web services and data management
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM
• 8-12 years BA or Business Consultant experience
• Has mentored less experienced business analysts
• Life and Annuity background helpful
• Excellent Communication
• At least 5 years experience in preparing business requirements documents, business rules documents, use cases, process flows, data requirements documents, and thorough systems analysis with minimal supervision
• Facilitates requirements and design meetings to understand and then document business and technical requirements pertaining to mastering customer data (high-level interviews and JAD sessions) Must be able to present to a variety of audiences.
• Resolves ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements
• Understands of data flows, data models, data integration, and data business rules required
• Can document data flows, data requirements, and data dictionaries
• Produces UML diagrams to illustrate process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams and interactions and between actors and web services
• Work with engineering to ensure technical specifications and final product meets the defined business requirements and design.
