Location: Atlanta, GA & Eagan, MN
Analyze and model system functions, using activity and sequence diagrams.
• Develop use case specifications, use case diagrams, and elaborate use cases through design process.
• Participate is development and maintenance of the system.
• Collaborate with portfolio architects as well as the business analysts to analyze requirements and produce quality software.
• Design and execute application and system test cases.
• Work on performance optimization and problem resolution.
• Ensure development practices follow industry and enterprise IT standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Communicate status on project tasks and issues to manager on a regular basis both verbally and in writing.
• Support and troubleshoot computer systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow up on all problems.
• Assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking.
• Coordinate resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed.
• Assist in the development of project work plans, progress reports, and presentations.
Work with QA to validate test cases
*May perform other duties as assigned.
