Additional Information (from the client):
We have several enhancements that need to be developed within our core HR system and need to source a developer who has strong experience in Workflow, OA Framework and PL/SQL, as well as solid communication skills and requirement gathering experience.
 
Skillsets:
 
·         Functional knowledge of Oracle Human Resources
·         Functional knowledge of Self Service Human Resources
·         Advanced understanding of the HR Hierarchy structures
·         Advanced functional knowledge of Application Developer
·         Proficiency at identifying, collecting and documenting customer functional requirements
·         Proficiency translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
·         Proficiency developing test plans and executing system tests against designs
·         Technical experience modifying/creating Workflows
·         Advanced SQL & PL/SQL knowledge with equivalent experience
·         Experience with Oracle HR APIs
·         Experience creating inbound/outbound interfaces to/from
