Roles and Responsibilities

 

·  Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycles & methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc.)

·  Consistently demonstrates ability to apply and adapt project management methodology techniques (i.e. Waterfall, Iterative, etc.) to project needs, events on the ground, issues, and risks.

·  Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and facilitation skills

·  Problem ownership: accepts ownership and responsibility for product delivery, responsible for related problem solving, identifies obstacles to progress and takes action,

·  Creative problem solver

·  Proficient with risk and change management

·  Self starter

·  Customer orientation / focus; seeks out customer feedback

·  Works effectively with resource management to gain and manage appropriate resources

·  Ability to facilitate requirements sessions with cross-functional teams 

·  Demonstrates effective leadership and teambuilding skills

·  Ability to effectively manage teams to produce high-quality deliverables

·  Ability to deal with fast-paced environment and adapt accordingly
