Performance Test Lead

Location: Mooresville, NC

Duration: 5 Months

Rate: $DOE

 

Required:

-      SOLD WORK - Working with the various project teams (Clients, Other Vendors) independently to identify and finalize performance requirements (Non Functional Requirements)

-      Experience working in Onsite/Offshore model

-      Excellent communication skills

-      Developing comprehensive performance test plan (Data, Environment, Approach) for the release

-      Providing requirements for performance testing

-      Lead a team of 5 10 resources

-      Provide estimates and project scheduling information

-      Communicate requirements to the team and assign tasks and track status

-      Develop Performance test scripts using HP Load Runner

-      Assess test readiness and conduct performance test

-      Working with Application/Architecture/Engineering teams for debugging/analyzing performance problems

-      Preparing performance test results, summary and recommendations documents for client

-      Walkthrough of the performance results/problems to the client

-      5+ years of experience with Load Runner for developing performance test scripts

-      Experience with LoadRunner protocols such as Web/Http, Citrix, Siebel, RTE, Web services, MQ

-      Experience with monitoring tools such as Wily, SiteScope, Strobe

-      Strong programming/scripting experience is a plus (C/Java)

-      Familiarity with Mainframe environment

-      Experience in conducting performance testing for ESB/MQ
