JD: ? Interface with client to gather the requirement and document the same ? Coordinate with various stakeholders for testing and deliverables ? Allocate work to offshore and track the deliverables and its quality ? Coordinate with offshore lead for Work allocation and for status updating ? Develop UAT test cases and execute the same ? Validate and report defects ? Status reporting to client and Wipro manager Skill Sets: ? 3 to 7 years In depth experience in manual testing ? Experience in requirement analysis and preparing test plan and test cases ? Strong experience/skills in documentation ? Should able to quickly understand the end to end business process underlying with the application. ? Should able to analyze, debug and troubleshoot the cases ? Good client management and communication skills ? Good offshore coordination skills ? Good Experience in Securities & Capital Market domain
