Job Title	:	Automation Tester
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5 years
Technical/Functional Skills	:
Experience Required	:	Must Have 1.      Excellent oral and written communication skills 2.      BPT (current, with 3+ years test automation experience) 3.      SQA Analysis- Ability to read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases.  Ability to map test cases to business requirements.  Detailed understanding of development lifecycle and quality assurance phases; Basic understanding of application architecture in order to identify quality issues related to design or distribution of application components 4.      Mercury Quality Center  - Basic understanding including navigation between functional areas within the tool.  Ability to input or load and execute test cases and document actual results within the tool.  Ability to pull data from testing tools for reporting 5.      HP Business Process Testing tool – ability to create BPT test cases and components and work flows, reusing components to enhance efficiency 6.      MS Office tools 7.      Experience writing and executing SQL a plus. 8.      Experience writing VB scripts a plus   Good to Have 1.      Testing Certification preferred (e.g. - CSQA, CSTE) 2.      Agile and Waterfall experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Role Test Automation Analyst. Responsibilities Quality Assurance Analyst will work in conjunction with the GSA Commercial Card Platform Subject Matter Experts, primarily other Quality Assurance Analysts and occasionally   the Business Systems Analysts  to clarify requirements and ensure that test cases cover the application requirements Reviews Business Requirements, Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and  existing Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met. Document all of the test cases found in the FRD.   Create the test cases in Quality Center Business Process Testing tool. Execute test scripts and documents defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results.   Run maintenance procedures/analyze results and take appropriate steps as a result.   Design test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations. Identify areas for improving efficiency, shortening of test cycles, and automation of test scripts Facilitate implementation of automated test scripts. Provide estimates and target completion date for assignment and reports progress on a daily or weekly basis

Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering, Masters preferred
