JDE DEVELOPER/JD Edwards Developer 

Location- Libertyville, IL

Duration is 4-6 months

 

Enterprise One JDE developer positions.  MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE ONE version 8.11 or 8.12. 

  

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Key Role:  Responsible for design, development, stress maintenance, testing, documentation of existing objects within the JDE Enterprise One Application.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Coding new functionality and enhancements within the JDE EnterpriseOne platform.  

·         Participate in and contribute to the development of Detailed Design documentation based on business requirements

·         Govern the application configuration and future modifications

·         Test software upgrades and enhancements

·         Develop and maintain existing interfaces between EnterpriseOne and other applications.

·         Develop application code in adherence to established programming standards

·         Monitor and communicate scope changes and/or required rework in a timely fashion.

·         Participate in code and quality assurance reviews

·         Assist with the roll out of additional modules

·         Assist with the roll out of JDE to additional business units

·         Participate actively in issues resolution

·         Working directly and effectively with end users in a team environment.

 

 4.0   Experience:

·         2 to 5 years direct JD Edwards Enterprise One version 8.11 or 8.12application software in a development role 

·         Experience J2EE 

·         Experience in the design, coding and testing of custom modifications and reports (for EnterpriseOne)

·         Experience in creating Detailed Design documentation from business requirements

·         Experience in developing, modifying and debugging C business functions

·         Experience and proficiency in integration of JDE with other information sources

·         Experience working in an environment that practiced change control and version management in a production environment
