Windows and VMware

 

In person interview is needed after phone interview.

 

Location:  Boston, MA 

 

Duration: 3+ years

 

Rate :: $40/hr on C2C/35/hr on W2

 

Skills Needed:

Must be able to maintain a VMware Server 2.0 environment;

Must be able to implement updated virtualization environment;

Ability to work well under pressure and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time;

Ability to support Dell File/print server, IIS, and SQL servers that run Windows 2003 and Windows 2008;

Ability to implement SharePoint system;

Ability to troubleshoot Windows based systems interconnected with TCP/IP;

Knowledge of and experience writing technical documents for an IT environment, to include but not limited to procedures for disaster recovery for IT infrastructure;

Knowledge of and experience with LAN and WAN environments;

Ability to support Dell and HP workstations and laptops running Windows XP; and

Ability to support the SQL 2005 back end and IIS front end systems.
