Direct client requirement: Project Lead in DE for 6 months

DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT

 

Skills: Project Lead

Location: DE

Duration: 6 months

 

1. Manage a pool of resources working in .NET, Java and Powerbuilder technologies

2. Technical mentoring and oversight of the work done by the team

3. Resource management and assigning work to the resources based on their availability and occupancy

4. Reporting to higher management about the project status and other relevant updates.

5. Participate in all key meetings including technical and managerial issues

6. Ability to code, debug, upgrade, fix and support the existing applications 

7. Client/customer interaction including DMV users and client users from different departments

8. Project initiation, planning and maintaining project status on regular basis

9. Technical documentation and any other ad-hoc documentation as needed by the manager

10. Coordination with the Business analysts and developers to ensure the project timeline is met

11. Help in project design and development as needed by the resources
