Functional Business Analyst - Central Designer and Inform 5.5 EDC

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duration: 16 months (Possible Contract to Hire)

Rate: Open

Projected Start Date: January 2^nd, 2013

 

Skills:

1.      Strong understanding of Central Designer and Inform 5.5 EDC (if not in Inform then Siebel eClinical - if not Siebel than any clinical trial software experience)

2.     Skilled in Study Design and eCRF build using Central Designer.

3.     Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

4.     Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

5.     Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)

6.     Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.

7.     Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

8.     Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

9.     Strong analytical and product management skills required,

10.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

11.    Expertise as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

12.   Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

13.   Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

14.   Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
