Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience:

·         Support Siebel Configuration development, implementation of application solutions, migrate Siebel repository from Development/Test/Training etc to production.

·          Administering the server components, such as Server Manager, Workflow Manager, Assignment Manager, State Model, EAI and EIM.

·         Siebel user administration in all the supported environments in Siebel.

·          Install and configured Microsoft IIS Web Server Single sign-on via Active Directory and configure Siebel web extensions.

·          Application administration including new user creation, assigning the roles and responsibilities to users.

·         Position and Responsibility management for the end users.

·         Monitor Siebel application server tasks and log files.

·          Administer assignment rules and workflow policies.

·         Load users, Study, Monitor Data using Siebel VB.

·          Configure State Model to hide LOV's based on responsibility.

·         Production system daily/weekly/monthly health check.

·          Assign delete Privilege for Super users based on Responsibilities.

·          Adding CTI users in Siebel, configuring CTI user/agent profile etc.

·         Understanding of CTI/Genesys's GPlus 7.5 adaptor.

·         Understanding Siebel CTI Toolbar.

·         Monthly preventive maintenance in production environment.

·         Support Production, Development, Test, and Training environments.

·          Setup/Install new Siebel environments as and when required.

·         Performance tuning.

·         Performance tuning – Siebel environments.

·         Write SQL queries for quick reports.
