Mandatory skills:

Job Description :

·         Network engineerwith proven experience designing and configuring VOIP, LAN & WAN

·         Hands on experience with Juniper SSG5 and DMZ configuration

·         Solarwinds implementation and management

·         Checkpoint firewall

• Experience with Cisco Nexus 7018, Cisco Nexus 1000v, Juniper MX480, A10 AX5200, Cisco 3825
• Must have worked on CUCM 8.0 or later
• Conversant on add/remove/move of VoIP Phones.
• Configuring VoIP features e.g. intercom, speed dial, voice mail, night mode, auto attendant, DND, extension mobility, contact center agent (add/delete/move), phone side cards, soft-phones and integration of mobile devices etc.
• Configuration of Video Telephony.
• Configuration and maintenance of SIP Trunking.
• Working experience of MQF & MQC.
• Troubleshooting.
• Working experience on video conferencing (Polycom/Tandberg etc.).
• Thoroughly conversant with routing protocols RIP (V2), EIGRP and BGP
• Spanning Tree Protocol – PVST+ and RSTP
• Fully conversant with HSRP. Knowledge on GLBP
• Configuration and maintenance of VLAN and VTP.
• Access Control between VLANs using ACCESS CONTROL.
• Good in LAN/WAN Troubleshooting (STP Loop determination, Broadcast Storm etc.)
• Have worked with T1, T3 and POS links.
• Devices: Nexus, Catalyst 6500 
• Configuration & maintenance of Cisco ASA 5500 series appliances
• Working experience of Cisco IPS/IDS systems.
• Configuration and maintenance of RSA Server and Tokens
• Configuration and maintenance of VPN (SSL, IPSec & Site 2 Site)
• Certificate management for network devices.
• Thorough with Websense.
• Have working experience on Standalone and Wireless Controller Systems.
• Experience creating technical network requirements from business requirements
• Extensive experience with the control and flow of networks, Linux operating systems, and their internal workings with hardware and software
• Extensive knowledge of network design for LAN/WAN networks and the implementation of specific network technologies including routing, switching, vLANs, STP, eBGP and related networking technologies
• Knowledge in network analysis, programming, and planning
• Experience in performance analysis and tuning (network)
• Experience with successfully working with offshore resources
• Hands on experience with iSCSI storage networking
• Experience with security appliances (firewall, IDS, etc.) is a plus
• Shell scripting/automation experience a plus
• CCNP or JNCIA required
