Job Position:    Business Analyst – P&C Insurance

Location:          Bloomington, IL

Duration:          12 months

 

** Locals Must **

 

Required Experience:

·         4-5 Years

·          

Technical /Functional Skills:

·         Experience in operational aspects of P&C Insurance. Should have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas/stream

o   Policy Admin

o   Underwriting

o   Rating

o   Claims

·         Should have done Requirements Gathering, Requirements Definition, Business Test Preparation, Business Testing across all phases of SDLC

·         Certification from recognized industry bodies will be advantageous

·         Experience in Agile (SCRUM) will be advantageous

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Conducting JAD sessions

·         Requirement gathering / elicitation

·         Communicating with technical and testing teams

·         Customer management

·         Business test case preparation

·         Analyze problems, identify and outline solutions addressing Business and functional aspects
