Job Title: Java Developer – Server Side
Duration: 6 -12 months

Job Description :
On the J2EE/java side, the stack is spring, spring-security, hibernate, apache-commons, etc. With interfaces and implementations at Service, Business/Manager, and DataAccess layers. Any expertise on the Object Model to Data Model engineering (ORM/hibernate) might help because there are almost always performance and cleanup tasks.
Also knowledge of RPC semantics (hessian or AMF over HTTP) would be helpful.
Key Skills :
• Spring, Spring Security , hibernate and ORM
Responsibilities :
• Atleast over all 9 years experience in Java/J2ee Technology.
• Should be able to work as Sr. Java Developer and also can help mentor Team members.
• Client interaction skills is great plus
• writing and fixing unit and integration tests
• writing new business logic (for Manager beans)
• resolving defects generated from QA department
• Implementing (resurrecting) common continuous integration tools (unit-tests, findbugs, PMD, etc...)
• Reading and understanding legacy code and prototyping "Command Pattern" API compositions over existing legacy services or manager interfaces
• Applying ERP semantics to an existing ARTS database and components
• Performance tuning (if possible assisting with Java->ORM->Database stack)
