Job Description:
Ø Should have very good presentation and communication skills
Ø Should have exposure to initiation, elaboration and design phases of software development life cycle
Ø Should be able to communicate complex problems to other people in a simple way that they will understand
Ø Should understand customer servicing platforms
Ø Should have ability of elicit & Solicit requirements for Business users
Ø Should know how to ask relevant open ended and closed ended questions
Key Technical skills required
Ø Should be proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel,Word, Visio etc
Ø Should have experience in Requirements gathering, Requirements workshops, reverse engineer requirements based on legacy systems etc
Ø Should have minimum 5+ yrs of IT exp with a min of 2 yrs of exp as Business analyst
Ø Should have prior exp in Initiation, elaboration and design phases of software development life cycle
Ø Should facilitate requirements gathering, refining requirements, prioritization of requirements etc
Ø Should be able to create User stories and necessary Use case test strategy and test cases
Ø Coming up with Requirement documents like use cases/user stories that are understood by Business & IT
