Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years experience in Engineering, including knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
Knowledge and experience developing and deploying unattended operating system installations for workstations/desktops/laptops with an in-depth understanding of hardware-independent imaging capabilities.
Good knowledge of WinPE, MDT, Sysprep, PXE, RIS and other technologies associated with build deployment.
Moderate scripting experience utilizing VB Script, Powershell, WinBatch or various other scripting languages.
Strong technical skills with subject matter expertise in one or more of the following specialties: Intrusion Detection, Incident Management & Response, Malware Analysis, Computer Forensics
Designing and architectural experience implementing SMS/SCCM (and/or other desktop management suites) as well as have adept experience deploying applications within a Global infrastructure.
Experience troubleshooting and enhancing desktop security and configuration management through Group Policy Objects (GPO), in-depth experience with Active Directory and GPOs/GPPs as well as the ability to create custom policies.
In-depth knowledge of the registry and file system security.
Experience performing upgrades / maintenance activities as well as troubleshooting system issues by providing 3rd support
Experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VMWare, SMS/SCCM , DLP, Imaging automation, packaging, local application virtualization, endpoint protection suites, firewall solutions, and troubleshooting utilities.
Should have an understanding of current industry trends and their advantages with ability to right fit into an existing environment.
Good understanding of infrastructure and client side architectures, software lifecycle, and system design, networking concepts and technologies including: Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and DHCP are required.
Strong Systems Engineering experience within e-commerce or financial services industry.
Experience in a large corporate multi-domain/multi-site organization.
Excellent written, verbal communication skills as well as people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply them towards the investigation of existing installations.
Ability to create engineered solutions for medium-to-complex initiatives according to specified requirements and design and review/approve project requirements
Must be able to communicate and present technology roadmaps effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal error and guidance and in a collaborative team environment.
