.Net Architect: Irvine, CA

Location:  Irvine, CA – 12 Months+

Level of experience:  MUST BE Hands-on (20% hands-on)

Interview:  Phone + Onsite (onsite is a must)

 

Required

•7-10years of ASP. Net

•5-7 years of C# .Net

•7-10 years of SQL 2008 (must be able to alter and create stored procedures in addition to writing queries)

• Agile

• IDE like Visual Studio .NET (2010).

•Great Communication- must be able to speak very clear

• Requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration.

 

Need to know:

MVC

WCF

Windows Workflow (some)

JavaScript

JQuery (know what it is)

Reporting Services

TFS

Agile Development

Know what MSMQ is.

Know what continuous integration is.

Know what XML is.

Know what XSLT is.

 

Desired

•Mortgage Industry

•Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Team System as a tool for Application Lifecycle Management is a plus

•JavaScript

•Unit testing experience

 

Duties:

1. Assist in producing architecture (software and hardware) artifacts for LPS - Applied Analytics line of products development and enhancement based on .NET and SQL Server technologies,

2. Produce software design, technical specification based on approved architecture,

3. Write code using C#.Net and other Microsoft technologies to build components of the products

4. Conduct code review of detail implementation with .NET development team;,

5. Implement critical piece of software on any important architecture, e.g., reusable proof-of-concept,

6. Implement the company's product development methodology in the development environment to ensure an iterative process is followed,

7. Deliver products within an aggressive timetable.
