Candidate Requirement	·         Good Knowledge in BW concepts ·         Good Knowledge in TIBCO EMS ·         Experience in Analysis, Design, Development Phases in Agile Methodology ·         Good Knowledge in Web services ·         Good Knowledge in SOAP protocol ·         Good Knowledge in xsd Schema Design ·         Good Knowledge in SOA ·         Good exposure to JDBC, SOAP ,XML BW Activities ·         Good exposure to Implementation of Webservices in TIBCO BW ·         Good exposure to EMS topics, queues, bridges ·         Good exposure command line deployments
