Primary Skills needed:
· Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
. Cisco CVP Studio Experience
· Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) – Application Scripting
· Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

Other Skills requested:
· TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Experience with Avaya is a PLUS
· Voice User Interface Design
· Complex Call Routing Application Design
· AT&T Route IT application
· Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
