Brief Summary:

·        An innovative Senior Business Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and over 7 years of Financial Domain experience in business process analysis/modeling, business requirements and database design.

·        Extensive success in translating business requirements and user expectations into detailed specifications employing Unified Modeling Language (UML).

·        Strong business analysis skills and an understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Order to Cash Cycle, utilizing Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Agile.

·        Expertise in conducting requirement analysis, use case design, designing test plans and developed database schemas based on the logical models.

·        Ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions utilizing a variety of software tools including, Use Cases and the Rational Unified Process.

·        Extensive experience in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, Gap Analysis to check the compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with the new business requirements.

·        Expertise in broad range of technologies, including business process tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, technical assessment tools.

·        Proactive database monitoring and maintenance to locate and prevent future problems and responsible for supporting and managing database activity during the development cycle and has expertise in querying database using SQL

·        Strong communication skills when working with developers, project managers, subject-matter experts, stakeholders, system implementers, and application end-users.

·        Creative and aggressive self-starter with integrative thinking skills, capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships in internal, external, independent, and team environments.
