Position Title	Onshore Exchange Lead
Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes. . .	Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes: • Understand and participate in detailed project estimating and planning • Support for issues entered in the Help Desk ticketing system including end-user support and application developer support • Lead the administration of servers and workstations, and analysis and resolution of technical issues • Document configuration, migration, testing, and deployment solutions.  May develop technical whitepapers and guidance documents. • Solution development, customer-interfacing and project lifecycle responsibilities in a customer-facing role. • Monitoring and administering Exchange 2010, Unified Access Gateway, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, FOPE, Cisco Iron Port, HP DAS Storage, Active Directory, DNS, patching/software deployment and antivirus • Maintaining server team operational procedures and documentation (patch management, backup operations, antivirus, change management) • Ability to plan for infrastructure and operational changes such as server and infrastructure upgrades
