Technologies Involved:  Teradata database, Informatica ETL, and MicroStrategy BI Reporting tool.

 

Project Description:  As our clients and health systems move towards new care delivery and at-risk payment models such as ACO and PCMH, there is a need for Analytic Support.  Need Reporting capability that is both Intuitive (Dashboard driven/Visual Representation of data/Push and alert data to users reaching thresholds) and Interactive (Drill down to member opportunities).

 

Job Description: Business Analyst who can gather and write Business and Functional Requirements.  This function would need to lead discussions with the business and record requirements as such.  BA would need to turn around and document the Functional Requirements and obtain signoff from Business and IT alike.  Candidate would also need to be available through the design phase and possibly longer.

Position: Lead Business Analyst

 

•More than 7 years experience as business analyst

•Lead discussions with business users to capture business requirement & document

• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications – including Visio, Excel and Word
• Experience working with DW/BI systems – Microstrategy, Informatica, Teradata will be an advantage
• Ability to build client relationships and create client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bridge communication amongst technical and non-technical project staff and customers
• Excellent reasoning and strong decision making skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work against tight project schedule
