Position: .Net Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 - 18 Months+

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6-8 yes

Technical/Functional Skills :
Proven track record of development experience on .NET applications.
Proven experience of end to end Development and implementation experience
Proven experience in producing quality design documentation
Proven track record of industry standard Quality Assurance practices
Experienced in industry standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work with other interface development team to understand
code changes and review business requirements to match development
activity and identify any gaps
Ability to work in a multi-team environment and communicate with
people from diverse cultural backgrounds and from all levels within
the organization
Exhibit integrity in all decisions and actions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic understanding of version management tool such as TFS, Clear Case, VSS etc.
Strong technical skills in -
Windows Application
Serialization/DeSerialization
COM components
Using External Devices like Printer/Scanner
WPF
Hands-on experience in .Net Compact Framework 3.5
Tools:
TFS

Roles & Responsibilities
Analysis of new requirements (business requirements, system change
requests and technical change requests) or defects, business impacts,
work prioritization and estimation.
Prepare Functional and Technical design specifications.
Conduct design / review code meetings.
Code Review and Integration Testing.

Ability to take business requirements and develop functional design
and help in technical design.
Demonstrate a proven record of timely execution and delivery.
Ability to ensure quality of the delivered components.
Strong oral and written communications skills
Work creatively and analytically in a fast-pace

Offshore co-ordination for construction and testing of defects/BRs,
review and code delivery
