Job Title: Salesforce Apex Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Required Skills:
Must have 2+ years of hands on development experience with Apex triggers , classes, and unit tests.
Must have at least 2 years of experience developing Visualforce pages, components, and controllers.
Must have in depth understanding of Governor limits and workarounds.
Salesforce Customer or Partner portal experience is plus.
Agile development exposure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
Computer Science Degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Working within a team of developers to create custom Force.com components to enhance Salesforce as well as infuse Force.com best practices.
Work with Project Manager and Business Analyst to understand business requirements and development processes to determine how to effectively design and deliver custom .Salesforce/Force.com solutions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills and works well in a team environment.
Develop and maintain VisualForce Pages (including Javascript and CSS customizations) and Apex code.
Assist with training on new processes/application changes to end users.
Provide on-going support and quickly fix bugs/production issues.
Web services and data integration experience.
