Job Description:
We have a need for a Linux/Solaris System Admin for a CTH opportunity in Beaverton, OR. Candidates must be open to CTH and if they are here on an H1 they must have enough time left on their visa.
Location: Beaverton, OR
Type: CTH
Rate: $ 58/hr
Start: ASAP
Must have skill sets: LINUX, Perl, Apache, JBOSS and supporting applications in a LINUX Environment
· Knowledge of Solaris 10 and Redhat 5.
· System automation via Puppet
· Understanding of Subversion
· Able to work with multiple teams and agencies simultaneously.
· Scripting with Perl and BASH
· Knowledge of Apache configuration files.
· Comfortable with creating Rewrites and Redirects in the apache config file.
· Knowledge of JBoss 4/AS 5
· Knowledge of Firewalls and Load Balancers.
· Understanding of Amazon AWS/EC2 instances.
· Able to diagnose network issues, connectivity.
