The person needs to be a Photoshop ninja and be fluent in Illustrator, OmniGraffle or whatever you use to create wireframes. The person's main responsibility will be to:

• 2+ year of hands-on experience in user-centered design
• Wireframing experience
• Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Omnigraffle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
