Crystal Reports Developer required for 6+ months contract at PA || Phone hire

I need a Crystal Reports developer for a position at  PA. I don't have much details just a strong mid level developer. Some financial or insurance background is a plus. More than likey they will hire off a phone screen. Rate is around 48/hr c2c.
