Project Description:
This project with join the HC Product development team and work on a software application in .Net that uses BizTalk as the Messaging engine.
The goal of this project will be to provide support to the team on day to day development efforts, escalated issue resolution and ad-hoc requests from the customer base.
The current product platform leverages Visual Studio 2008, C#, SQL Server 2008 R2, TFS 2000 and BizTalk Server 2010
Consultant's Day to day responsibilities:
? Analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of production software applications including custom applications using C# and .Net
? Take Direction from Development Manager to prioritize tasks
? Contribute to strategy discussions about product direction and enhancement
? Participate in an Agile/Scrum Development Methodology
Required Skills:
? 5+ Years of experience in software development using the following technologies
o C#
o ASP.net
o SQL Server including tSQL stored procedures and triggers
o Frontend technologies including javascript, Ajax and jQuery
o Web Services (WCF) in a services oriented architecture
? Healthcare specific experience with:
o EDI X 12 and/or HL7
o Message Broker ideally Biztalk
