IVR Developer
Location : Kirkland, WA
Duration : 6 Months CTH
Start : immediate

The IVR developer will design, develop, write test cases, perform tests on and support new IVR applications on our existing IVR platform as part of a team. They will upgrade, maintain and make recommendations on existing IVR applications AND systems
Required:
Java 1.5+
Linux experience (Red Hat, CentOS)
Web service development
1-3 years related work experience
Bachelors degree
Also desired:
Any IVR experience
Avaya Voice Portal and Dialog Designer
SVN or CVS
In-depth knowledge of database queries
Also helpful:
Knowledge of call centers (especially Avaya)
Tomcat
Perl scripting / shell scripting
Maven / Build Tools
