The Job Description is as follows:

 

Mobile handset application testing: Should be able to generate Test Design - covering Boundary cases, Race conditions, Positive cases with all combinations and Negative cases. Also, identification of the cases to be executed for regression for all the possible mobile Applications. 2G/3G domain expertise. Should have an analytical skills to find critical bugs. Thoroughness of testing (Ensure ? Zero Slippage & Rejection) Exploratory testing need to be done mandatory for all the build release Should have a positive attitude to perform testing. Overall performance results and behaviors reflect contributions consistent with Wipro? s high standards for employee performance. Work is recognized for its good quality and efficiency. Work normally meets expectations and may occasionally exceed expectations. Employee consistently demonstrates Wipro values. Intermediate –The intermediate job competency level who can perform key tasks/responsibilities

requires additional supervision and special training.

 

Testing Concepts: Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
