SAP/ERP - ABAP Programmer
Location: Dublin, IL
Duration: 6 Months
MUST HAVES:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
• Responsible for SAP NetWeaver Portal 2004s Administration and SAP CE 7.1 Administration
• Responsible for SAP NetWeaver 2004s Portal and J2EE Engine performance tuning and improvement
• Responsible for administration and maintenance of SAP Portal federation with SAP BI Portal and SAP CE 7.1 environment
• Responsible for the technical installation, upgrade, monitoring, support and administration of the SAP system landscape including SAP Enterprise Portal 7.0, SAP Composition Environment 7.1
• Responsible for configuring/maintaining Solution manager Diagnostics for SAP Portal monitoring
• Responsibilities also include project management and change management
• Handle on-call rotation with other BASIS team members
Qualifications:
• BS in computer related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of SAP R/3 Basis administration experience; including NW2004s
• Minimum of 4 year of SAP Portal Administration experience including SAP NW2004s portal, experience in CE 7.1 administration preferred
• Experienced with SAP NetWeaver 2004s Portal and J2EE Engine performance tuning and improvement
• Experience with SAP Portal federation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of system administration experience; preferably AIX with DB2 UDB as database and Windows with MSSQL 2005.
• Demonstrated skills in utilizing project management techniques.
• Strong skills in systems analysis, design, development, testing and documentation
• Strong problem solving skills with well-organized and structured work habits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function well as a team member or independently
• Computer science degree desired
