7. Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008 Administration
8. Should have managed Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment
9. Good knowledge on IIS Administration
10. Exposure to MOF/ITIL processes is desired
11. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering,
Replication/Mirroring issues
12. Development experience with C#, SQL
13. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
14. Excellent Customer handling skills
15. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
