Server-side Java, at least 6-8 years experience
Spring framework expertise
Apache open-source stack (Tomcat, CXF, Camel, Hadoop, …)
Services development, especially REST-based APIs
Maven, CI tools
Mastery of entire delivery lifecycle
Open Source Monitoring and Diagnostics Frameworks
Java Configuration Management System (Spring, JMX, other…)
Core Java development, MVC framework and WebServices

Technical musts: core java, multithreading, cashing mechanisms, collections, IBM MQ, JMS, backend development, web application experience, Oracle is their DB.
