Location : Illinois Chicago


Job Description:

 

·         6 to 8 yrs of Experience in IBM Atlas eDiscovery Process Management(6.0.0)

·         Hands On Installation and configuration experience of Atlas Legal Hold Module

·         Sound knowledge of e-discovery concept/processes and solution implementation experience

·         Working knowledge of ATLAS Discovery Legal Hold system, the litigation process, and familiarity with service of process

·         IBM CMS or FileNet Workflow development experience

·         Strong experience in Legal Hold tool implementation

·         Assisting Legal Department personnel with drafting, issuing, revising, refreshing and releasing Legal Hold Orders as well as a supporting role as regards to the administration of the Legal Hold Order database.

·         Providing information to legal personnel regarding Legal Document service, Legal Matter Management system administration and Legal Hold Order system

·         Maintaining Closing Procedure Manual and related reference materials.

·         The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working in the electronic discovery field, preferably with securities company litigation experience.

·         Working knowledge including installation and configuration  of

IBM InfoSphere eDiscovery Manager

IBM InfoSphere eDiscovery Analyzer

·         Ability to communicate with partners, attorneys and clients

·          Support during the installation, deployment & configuration of Filenet P8 4.5  servers and IBM Atlas eDiscovery

·         Should be able to operate with minimal direction.

·         Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationships.
