Key skills:-
Job Experience:
· Possess 10+ continuous years business analysis industry experience. Experience in the nonprofit industry ideal but not mandatory
· Experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Fusion Middleware technology based projects OR large software development projects using a waterfall SDLC methodology
· Act as team lead on assigned business functions as required and supervise team members to complete assignments on time, budget and quality agreed
Job Responsibilities
· Gather, create and update functional and software design requirements
· Gather business requirements using different requirements gathering techniques ( e.g. interviews, surveys, use case outlines, workshops etc.)
· Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools
· Analyze the impact of business requirements changes to the project
Soft Skills:
· Excellent people skills
· High energy , drive and focus
· Willingness and ability to collaborate with a diverse and demanding client team
· Flexible, adaptable and willing to work under challenging and tight time lines
Technical Skills:
· Solid expertise with Excel, Word, Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat
