Position: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Minneapolis,MN
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Skills:
-          Ruby on Rails – 2 years minimum
-          .Net
-          Front end focused
-          Self Starter
-          Excellent communication
 
Core competencies & Requirements:
    * Minimum 2 years of previous project lead experience with application development projects
    * Minimum of 5 years of overall development experience
    * Application project experience with Agile development methodology
    * 2+ years of Ruby on Rails development  experience
    * Real-world experience building customer-facing applications with Ruby on Rails for Web Portal(s)
    * Development experience with front-end web technologies: (ie HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:
    * BS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
    * Linux/Unix server experience (as related to the application) a plus
    * Relational database design experience desired but not required
    * Experience with other programming languages (.net/C#) a plus
    * Experience using Git or Subversion for version control a plus
    * Information Security experience a plus
