Work Location : Rahway , NJ
Duration : 6-12 Months+
Rate : Market

Position: Argus – Support Analyst    

1)    Support the Argus safety 6.0.2. and also few other applications around Argus for one of the largest Pharma organization

2)    Follow ITIL processes of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management

3)    Work closely with HCL onsite team, Customer team and other offshore team members to make sure required SLAs are met and business users are satisfied.

4)    Work on Change Controls and small projects around Argus as and when they come.
