§         5+ years of experience deploying SIP or converged network technologies

§         Strong knowledge of Voice over IP and Data network technologies

§         Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Unity

§         Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches

§         Experience with coordinating with telecommunication vendors a plus

§         Ability to use and interpret results of packet analysis tools for problem resolution

§         Client focus with excellent written and verbal communication

§         Ability to deliver on complex project requirements and tasks

§         Willingness to work evening hours during deployment activities

§         Detail oriented and organized

§         Excellent customer service skills

§         Strong interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills for communications to branch line of business personnel
