.Net Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Senior Software Developer (.Net)
- We are looking for high-level .Net developers, with 5+ years of web application development experience, using C#, ASP.net, 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies is key!
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax.
- Experience with MVC patterns and knowledge of CSS
- Strong understanding of OO principles, SOLID principles and Design Patterns
- Strong Understanding of SQL database, queries, scripts, etc. and Experience working with large volumes of data
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications and components
- Conduct peer code reviews across the development team
- Work with geographically distributed development and delivery teams in an agile environment
- Develop and maintain automated tests, helping to improve software quality through automated and manual testing
- Work closely with product management to aid solution development and communicate requirements across all teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines: solution design, agile development, unit testing, refactoring, and build/deployment automation
- Ability to set individual priorities and solve complex issues
- Experience with having primary responsibility for delivering a significant project
- Proven communication skills, especially in the context of working with geographically distributed teams
