Skills Required: Java, web programming and having experience with IBM Websphere is mandatory and Database Design/Development
Responsibilities
Strong Java with IBM Websphere experience.
Gather Requirements, Development, Debug.
Unit Testing and System Integration.
Testing and Production implementation and support.
Able to take an issue and investigate end to end to find the root cause
Having discussions with peers within the group and outside the web team to assist in research
Able to present results clearly to manager
Strong sense of urgency on hot issues
Ability to jump from one issue to another as priorities dictates
