# Positions	Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent exp. in computer science, engineering 6-10 years SharePoint architecture exp. Strong exp. with electronic forms, Bus. Intelligence (Kimball data model), Enterprise search services, and agile methodologies Solid understanding of collaboration tech.; Social collaboration, and Document Maintenance Systems  Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) preferred Experience in.net dev., C#, C++, VB.net, ASP.net preferred Strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex tech. matters in business terms. Strong negotiation skills      Responsibilities: Solution Architect: Primarily Resp. for selecting methods and features to meet business requirements and map business requirements to technical solution. Sharepoint Platform, Upgrades & bolt-ons, Arch. the process with add-ons from vendors SharePoint 2010 Architect: Resp. for topology design and infrastructure architecture of an enterprise SharePoint 2010 platform. Bus. Architect: Identify and map business process to technical solutions, establishing and recommending management of business process changes. Engineering: Drive R & D activities and POC testing to establish solutions & standards. Prepare studies and evaluations of vendor HW & SW. Recommends standards and guidelines. Leadership: Exp. leading large group mtg. with senior level execs. Provides daily work direction for internal projects resources in multiple groups (contractors & consultants). Fosters relationships with clients, colleagues and team. Project Management: Experienced in IT software development lifecycle methodology. Activities include concept and business case development, solution selection, design and implementation of business driven technology.
