Title: Business Analyst with Mobile application
Location: Deerfield, IL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
- 5+ years of Business Analysis / Product Analysis experience, with at least 2 yrs in Mobile App and Mobile Web area.
- Applies business knowledge and facilitative expertise to gather and create business requirements and functional requirements for mobile products
- Create use cases and process flows to meet business initiatives for Mobile Products.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates into technical online solutions.
- Interacts with SME's , cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements and handoff to development teams
- Performs as the link between business users, Consumer Experience and Technology
- Serves as testing liaison with the Quality Assurance. Assists in development of User Acceptance Test scripts and works with the business users to conduct UAT.
- Prior experience in Loyalty, Text enrollment, QR code, HTML5, Pharmacy business and Multichannel retailing is preferred
- Must have prior experience in Mobile applications on iOS and Android platform. Mobile web experience is a plus.
