• Handle all Server provisioning requests
• Manage multiple projects (max 3-4), parallel tracking with different stakeholders

• Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team

• Provide appropriate Server build status to the Infrastructure Project Manager

Position: File Transmission Support Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA - USA
Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills:
• Must have good working knowledge and practical experience with several operating systems/platforms. Main Frame, UNIX/AIX, LINUX or Windows.
• Must have experience in doing production setups of file transmission jobs, or trouble shooting file transmission issues.
• Highly desirable to have experience in third party products such as BizLink, Sterling Commerce NDM, third party FTP and AS2 products, Maestro, ESP and similar.
• Experience in encryption technology and tools including SSL, SSH and PGP.
Education and Certification:
• A four year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Operating system certification or certifications on third party file transfer products is desirable.
• ITIL certification is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve file transmission production issues. Support would be for transmissions, both internal and external to the organization.
• Configure and test new transmission setups on industry standard protocols including SFTP, FTPS, FTP with PGP, HTTPS and NDM.
• Manage encryption keys, install certificates and maintain components required to support secure file transmissions.
• Trouble shoot file access and permission issues across various platforms including Windows, UNIX/AIX, LINUX and Mainframe.
• Participate in the implementation of new file transmission setups and the cutover of new communication links for existing file transmission setups.
• Participate in fail over testing, disaster recovery testing and other readiness efforts.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, resolving production issues off hours, during the business week and on weekends.
• Participate in incident reviews and problem analysis consistent with the ITIL process and protocols.
