JOB TITLE : Oracle Functional Consultant
LOCATION : Boston, MA
DURATION : 6 Months
Job Description:
· Oracle Adv Functional (L1)-Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration.
· Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities.
· Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications.
· Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation.
· Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise.
· Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering.
· Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM, HCM and CRM).
· Oracle Financials – Functional (L3)-Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement.
· Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package.
· Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - BFSI Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-viscompetition.
